Infinity: An Innovative Approach To Increase The Financial Literacy Skills Of Migrants

The INFINITY project is designed to enhance the financial literacy and overall skill set of migrants, aiming to develop state-of-the-art educational materials that include elements of entrepreneurship, soft skills, and sustainability.

This initiative seeks to increase self-employment opportunities for migrants, ensuring they become productive members who contribute to society and promote the welfare and growth of their communities.

Financial education studies show that many migrants are not well prepared to make important financial decisions and have specialised financial needs related to remittances, financial decisions, and financial management.

Migrants seek further information to help make financial decisions. Better access to and use of basic financial services seem to be areas needing improvement, and the levels of financial education they report are influenced by their levels of education.

Moreover, the INFINITY projects aims not only to develop migrants’ financial literacy skills but also to create state-of-the-art educational material, including elements of entrepreneurship, soft skills, and sustainability, to increase self-employment and ensure that migrants become productive members who contribute to society and promote the welfare and growth of their communities.
