JenupaE aims to promote European values and strengthen the sense of belonging among young people. Rooted in the second horizontal priority of Erasmus+, this project addresses educational, social, and civic goals through innovative game-based learning.
What JenupaE offers:
- Knowledge of European history & peace
- Insights into EU institutions and their roles
- Promotion of tolerance, solidarity, democracy & human rights
- Development of critical thinking, cooperation & problem-solving through interactive challenges
Objectives:
G1) To strengthen young people’s understanding of European history, peace, and democratic development, by highlighting key historical events, major figures, and milestones such as European integration, human rights, and cooperation through engaging, game-based learning activities.
G2) To increase awareness and understanding of European institutions and their roles, including the European Union, the Council of Europe, and the European Court of Human Rights, enabling learners to better comprehend how European governance systems function and protect citizens’ rights.
G3) To promote core European values, such as tolerance, solidarity, democracy, and fundamental rights, by embedding these principles into interactive scenarios that encourage reflection, ethical decision-making, and active participation.
G4) To develop cross-disciplinary and transversal skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, cooperation, and negotiation, through collaborative challenges and gameplay that require dialogue, strategic thinking, and collective action.
G5) To foster social inclusion, cultural diversity awareness, and peaceful conflict resolution, by presenting diverse cultural contexts, languages, and traditions across Europe, addressing the realities faced by vulnerable young people, and introducing non-violent, dialogue-based approaches to managing conflict.
