Competence Development in Public Transport for more Diversity and Inclusion
The Comp+ Diversity/Inclusion project will create a more inclusive and equitable education and training environment for public transport staff and trainees.
The project will offer training opportunities including the Diversity and Inclusion aspect for VET students and employees of public transportation in four different areas:
- Environmental awareness
- Conflict awareness
- Moral courage
- Stress management
The project will benefit all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances by fostering empathy and understanding in learners towards other people, cultures, and circumstances with innovative teaching and learning methods.
Project Objectives
The project will provide an innovative, comprehensible training program with the main results which are Methodology, Diversity and Inclusion workshop, COMP+ game, updated materials and learning platform, COMP+ D/I will help trainers, staff, and trainees gain a deeper understanding of the importance promoting diversity and inclusion in the public transportation sector which will improve their skill sets, their work environments, and their performance while creating a more inclusive community for all.
