Embracing Circular Economy And Zero-Waste Lifestyle, We Empower Young Changemakers.

InAction is a project about environmental sustainability and about achieving a zero-waste lifestyle to contribute to circular economy.

The project aims to prepare training material for youth workers in order to train youth on how to achieve a zero-waste lifestyle and how to get their communities involved.

The project focuses on R’s of zero-waste (such as Refuse, Reuse, Repurpose, etc) and preparing a set of zero-waste activities for youth that they can implement in their daily lives. The project foresees that these activities can be implemented in Workshop setting to train youth.

General Objectives

  • GO1: to contribute to environmental sustainability and circular economy through zero-waste GO2: to train youth to achieve a zero-waste lifestyle and involve their communities
  • GO3: to train youth workers in order to train youth on how to achieve a zero-waste lifestyle and get their communities involved
  • GO4: to prepare a training material for youth workers, that includes several zero-waste activities that youth can implement in their daily lives
  • GO5: to raise awareness of environmental pollution, the problem of waste and their consequences & introduce ways to overcome the problem via zero-waste
  • GO6: to introduce current best practices in zero-waste
  • GO7: to increase youth’s knowledge and willingness towards R’s of environmental sustainability (Refuse, Reuse, Reduce, Repurpose, Recycle, etc)
  • GO8: to inspire youth to come up with greener and more sustainable solutions & become active participants in their communities
