- Commune and bond with Nature: Visit Troodos Mountain
- Have a forest walk in Platania, picnic area and do various activities there (e.g., work on Communication tools: a personality test)
- Study visit of a traditional village and connection with local people: visit the scenic Kakopetria village

- Study visit at a BioFarm
- Best practices used in the BioFarm to produce organic products
- Lecture about the value of herbs and aromatic plants in our health and well-being
- Understanding of how local production-consumption models can contribute to healthy living

- Study visit of a quiet Ayia Napa beach near Cape Greko area (South-Eastern coast of the island by the sea)
- Activities on the beach including exercises exploring a success formula, correlation between thoughts-emotions-actions and sharing their experiences with the group
